Nessa Builders (Pvt.) Ltd. established in 2019, is a dynamic real estate and construction company headquartered in Dhaka. Born from the vision of a dedicated civil engineer, the company’s roots trace back to a student dream that first took shape through Sky Touch Architects—a firm that laid the foundation for something greater.
Our journey began with our debut project, "Ayatun-Nessa Nibash", located in Azampur, Uttara. Since then, we’ve grown steadily and are currently managing seven active projects across Azampur, Faydabad, and Ranavola (near Sector 10, Diabari, Uttara).

Alhamdulillah, Nessa Builders (Pvt.) Ltd. is progressing steadily with a dream that was born many years ago. From my student life, I aspired to become a civil engineer and create something meaningful for society. That dream began to take shape through my architectural firm, Sky Touch Architects, and reached a new milestone in 2019 with the founding of Nessa Builders.
Our journey began with the successful completion of our very first project, "Ayatun-Nessa Nibash", and since then, we have embarked on several new ventures in promising locations like Azampur, Faydabad, and Ranavola near Diabari, Uttara.
At Nessa Builders, we are committed not just to constructing buildings, but to crafting safe, comfortable, and inspiring homes where dreams can flourish. Your trust and satisfaction remain our greatest achievements and our driving force.
